RETURN POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

PROCESSING TIME/SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to ship your purchase within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. We are open Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM (PT). If you place an order on a weekend, holiday, or outside of our normal business hours, your item will be prepared for shipment within the following 3-5 business days. While we try our best to accommodate special shipping requests, it is the customer's responsibility to understand our shipping procedures.

f you place an order with expedited shipping before 11:00 AM (PT), your order will ship the same day; after 11:00 AM (PT), your order will ship the following business day.

Please note that from time to time we may experience delays with shipping.

While deliveries may be scheduled for a specified arrival, we cannot guarantee delivery by any specific time. There may be delays due to weather or mechanical issues, which are beyond our control. As a result, we cannot refund shipping fees for such delays. We appreciate your understanding in these circumstances.
